Lisboa Fit is a premium women's activewear brand operating the online store at lisboafit.shop. For any privacy question, contact lisboafitt@gmail.com. This page is maintained by Lisboa Fit and describes our current practices; it is not an independent certification.
Data we collect
We collect the information you provide when placing an order or contacting us — name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing address — together with order details. If you subscribe to The Lisboa Letter we store your email address for that purpose only.
How we use your data
Your data is used to process and deliver orders, to provide client care, to handle returns, and — where you have consented — to measure store performance and show relevant advertising.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep your cart and preferences working. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, which supports granular consent choices. You can change or withdraw consent at any time from the banner.
Processors and integrations
Orders and payments are processed by Shopify, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Where enabled and consented to, measurement tags such as Google Analytics may process pseudonymous usage data. We never sell your personal data.
Data retention
Order records are retained for the period required by accounting and tax law. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to resolve them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request data portability. Write to lisboafitt@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Payments are handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout and traffic to our store is encrypted in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim to.
