Shipping
Every Lisboa Fit order is packed by hand in Lisbon and shipped tracked worldwide.
Dispatch from Lisbon
Orders placed before 14:00 WET are dispatched the same business day from our Lisbon studio. Orders placed after that time, or at the weekend, leave on the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is collected by the carrier.
Delivery times
Portugal: 1–2 business days. Spain: 2–3 business days. Rest of the European Union: 3–5 business days. United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: 4–7 business days. United States, Canada and rest of world: 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs
Portugal and Spain: €4, complimentary over €80. Rest of the European Union: €8, complimentary over €120. International: calculated live at checkout based on destination and weight.
Duties and taxes
EU orders include VAT and are never subject to further charges. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties collected by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
Every Lisboa Fit order ships tracked. If your tracking has not updated within three business days, write to lisboafitt@gmail.com with your order number and our client care team will investigate.
