The terms that govern purchases from Lisboa Fit.
About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase made from Lisboa Fit at lisboafit.shop. Placing an order confirms that you accept them. This page is maintained by Lisboa Fit and may be updated; the version published at the time of your order applies.
Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, where pricing was displayed in error, or where we cannot complete a payment or fraud check.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We accept Shopify Payments (all major cards), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is captured at the time of order.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out on our shipping page. Estimated dates are indicative; risk passes to you on delivery of the parcel to the address you provided.
Returns and cancellation
You may return unworn pieces with tags attached within 30 days of delivery under our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights, including EU withdrawal rights where they apply.
Intellectual property
The Lisboa Fit name, logo, product designs, photography and site copy are the property of Lisboa Fit and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
