Returns & exchanges
Thirty days to be certain. Lisboa Fit returns are simple, tracked and handled by our Lisbon team.
30-day returns
Return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery, with original tags and hygiene liner attached, for a full refund to the original payment method. Pieces returned worn, washed or without tags cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Email lisboafitt@gmail.com with your order number and the pieces you would like to return. Our client care team issues a return label and instructions within one business day.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your parcel arriving at our Lisbon studio. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to display the credit.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, start a return and place a new order for the size or colour you want. This keeps your new piece moving while the original refund is processed on arrival.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a piece arrives faulty or an incorrect item was sent, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We cover return shipping and replace or refund immediately.
